1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Camdera School OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

These terms apply to all institutions, administrators, teachers, students, and guardians who access the platform.

2. Use License

We grant your institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Camdera platform for its intended educational and administrative purposes, subject to your active subscription.

• You must not modify or copy the underlying materials or source code.
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose beyond the scope of your institution's operations.

3. Data Ownership and Security

Your institution retains all rights to the data inputted into the system, including student records, grades, and financial information. We claim no ownership over your data.

We implement bank-grade encryption and SOC2-compliant security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain modules requires an active subscription. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Camdera or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
